I am so pleased with myself - I am 12 lbs lighter than I was at the start of the year - that's 6 bags of sugar GONE!!
I am determined that the other 8 bags of sugar will go before May and I will have reached the magic 10 stone target - It will feel so good to get back into clothes that I thought would have to go to the charity shop.
Off I go for a quick pint (of water) before I have my mid-morning snack.

I find just sticking to good old fashioned food, cutting out the processed junk and fillng up on green veg and protein seem to have helped a lot in my weight loss program. Holding back on the carbs definitely helps as well.
I have also reduced weight in last six months .I used to exercise daily for 1 hour in the morning .I reduced high calorie diets and now i have lost 10 kg .
